Dr. Russel: Of course. Here are some of the best.
- Don’t eat!
- Unplug the microwave.
- Do not use the oven or cooktop. A side benefit of not using the oven or cooktop is that the smoke alarm never will go off!
- Run up and down the hallway while making as much noise as possible. Particularly effective at 4:00 a.m. Also should be effective after quarantine since it was effective before quarantine.
