SNIPPETS — Why didn’t I think of that?
I have a couple of professions, a few semi-professions, and several sub-professions.
My main profession is home inspector.
I’m the one who gets to go into someone else’s home and try to break things….
Never dreamed that at the age of 57 it would be Christmas morning every day of the year. 
Along with that, though, I get to visit unique properties, properties of the famous and overly wealthy, sports stars, movie stars, business moguls…..
Sometimes I even come home with an idea that makes me wonder, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
I did two inspections yesterday. That in and of itself kept me from blogging and camping out as much as I like to do each day. However, at my 6:00 p.m. inspection — a renovated cottage home — I came home with an idea:
