Sit Stay Heal
I see benches everywhere but no one sitting on them. Even at the bus stops, people won’t sit on the benches, for some reason preferring to stand.

Maybe my next set of bench pictures will require a tripod and camera remote control, to be titled “Self portraits on benches.” Or something like that.

Why did they all laugh at me?
PICTURE OF THE MOMENT
Recently I went birding with a group of about 20 people. Birding is the advanced term for “bird watchers.” Presumably if you go out to watch the birds sit and soar, you come home with pictures of birds. I did…..
….but I also came home with this:
Why did they all laugh at me when I stopped to take a picture of those lonely shoes on that lonely bench?
By the way, the owner of the shoes was nowhere to be found.
