If you adopt a dog from Second Chance Dog Rescue, let me know and I’ll create a unique picture or sketch of your new family member like that shown for the Dog of the Week picture at the bottom of this post and in previous DogDay posts. I can use either a picture from Second Chance Dog Rescue or a digital picture that you have taken. You will get a digital file which you can then print and frame, or use as the screensaver on your computer!
Note that many of the pictures from Second Chance Dog Rescue are not high quality pictures, so a digital picture of your own works best. Make sure you set your camera on the highest quality setting.
This is a $40 value and available only for dogs adopted from Second Chance Dog Rescue.

If you want a dog for your family, please consider adopting from Second Chance Dog Rescue. All of the dogs with Second Chance Dog Rescue are in foster homes. There is no central location or shelter where all of them are kept, so they would love for YOU to take them to their forever home.
Visit Second Chance Dog Rescue to see pictures and find information about all the dogs that are available for adoption. Currently there over 180 adoptable dogs listed on the Second Chance Dog Rescue web site.
Second Chance Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and can always use donations of time, food, leashes and collars, pet gates, and, of course, money. Click on the Donations page for further information. Donations make a difference in the lives of our fine, furry, four-legged friends.
