October 29 is National Cat Day!
Zoey the Cool Cat wanted me to share some of her favorite pictures of cats that don’t have forever homes.
She hopes that if you have the opportunity you’ll adopt a cat today!

I can’t stand it, they are so beautiful
Beauties all!!
Awww……….some real cuties there. I hope they all find homes. (shhhh, don’t tell Zoey I posted about dog rescue this week………..though I think Zoey would be all right with it)
As long as they have fur and four legs, Zoey the Cool Cat loves them!……….lol
Zooey IS a cool cat!
They’re gorgeous. If I lived over there, I’d have some of them. A month ago, I found a cat with 6 kittens in the back of my shed. I brought them into the house and have looked after them since. The kittens look about 8 weeks old now, so are almost ready for re-homing. I took the mum into the vet on Friday and she is now spayed, so no more kittens for her!! If only everyone would have their animals neutered there would not be so many unwanted ones. All my cats have always found me. I never have to go looking for them. I will keep the mother cat now, along with my other 3 cats. I did have 4, but sadly lost one of them 3 months ago. Thank you, Russell, for a wonderful post. It’ really nice to find another like-minded soul. Bless you.
You sound very much like my wise old grandmother. Cats were always finding her.
Hi Russel,
They’re all beauties, and I hope some – at least – of them will find a home.
Best regards, just now from germany,
Pit
They are really something – breaks my heart they haven’t got homes… hope they find one soon.
I wish!
I wish I could take them all, including Zoey TCC
They are so lovely dear Russel and lovely Zoey! I hope they find a nice homes… I love you both. Thanks and Love, nia
I wish with all my heart they find a family. Are they all at a photoshoot at a beach?
Yes. They live out where the San Diego River meets the Pacific Ocean.
I love cats… but I’m heavily allergic to them…
However, I’m going through a hyposensibilization atm, so I hope that I can have a cat someday.^^
I would happily adopt alll of them! but I’m too far away and travel too much…

Beautiful photos!
I like the way you’ve done the raggedy edges on some of the photos. Matches with the cats’ fur.
Sometimes I play around with framing using Photoshop, PaintShop Pro, Photo-Paint, and CorelDraw. As you can see, I got tired about halfway through the pictures……..lol
That’s okay, but I think they’re very effective because of the echoing of cats’ fur. I enjoy your blog.
Thanks!

If I could, I’d take them all. is there some group there that trap and take them?
There is. In fact, I understand that there are four groups, one for each weekend of the month.
Awww…I love and want them all. Hope they find homes soon!
AWWW BABIES! I want them all lol
cutie pies all of them. love~
Our town has beach kitties that are homeless. I want to take each every one of them home, but I have a kitty who came from a place like that in Hawaii and forgot where she came from. She does not like to spread her wealth.
