The week in review (7-23-12 to 7-29-12)
Some of my favorite pictures from this past week.
The house I inspected on Monday is under the tent on Friday:
Sometimes fine, furry, four-legged friends welcome me to home inspections, not always with a welcoming smile:
Early fall colors:
Rope swing in a park near the house shown in the first picture (brought back childhood memories):
The view from one of the homes I inspected this past week:
A home that I did not inspect, other than admiring the green roof:
Best water fountain of the week:
Best garden sculpture:
Best garden animal:
Best picture from the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, two mule deer fawns looking for their mom:
Time to go:

What a wonderful review!
I was just looking at this again and am in a bit of jealous awe of your photographs, your organization, your perception and your funnyness. In other words, I love your blog! Earlier in the day I was going to email you for advice about how to copy/paste my entire blog into a print out to read to Anthony then I realized I will probably have to do it bit by bit – loveya Russel!
Lovely! And if they’re the best from only THIS week, then I’d say your summer is shaping up quite nicely.
Fabulous collection of pictures making a great review, like your style..
nice shots woooooow….
You really get to see some weird and wonderful stuff, Russel.
Love the water fountain!!
Looks like a great week! Must be nice living there.
I especially adore the fawns and the green roofed “house”^^
As a home inspector, I often find water damage from roof leaks. I’m wondering how that’s constructed to prevent water damage from purposely watering the roof regularly, not to mention the weight of the soil. Oh, so many questions do I have………
Nice shots Russ!
Thanks!
I am in awe of how you pick out a few of the best of the best from 300-500 pix a day.
Great shots. Love the green roof. How cool is that?
I wonder if I should give away my secret…………lol
Nah. I’m not in awe of too many people. That would spoil it for me.
Oooh’s and arrrh’s — love the Fawns and Cat and cool house with green roof great photos
My granddaughter would love the turtle.
Blessings – Maxi
Awesome photos! Looks amazing down south!
Loving that garden sculpture and especially the glaring cat! haha~
“Glaring” is the word that I was looking for this morning and just could not come up with it.
I want that little shed. Too cute!
I would even be willing to live in it……..well, maybe for a weekend anyway.
Me too! It is like the fort I longed for as a kid.
Very nice and interesting photos. That is a pretty cat. The fountain and garden sculptor is amazing, never seen anything like them. That clock looks nice among the greenery. Nice shot of the deer.
That is one funny garden “sculpture” LOL
Thanks for the review and I appreciate all your visits.
I pick the house with green roof…charming.
How I like that little shed with its succulent plants.
Must be the house of that posh looking cat
Zoey the Cool Cat would never live in something so small………lol
HAHAHA That cat was totally giving you attitude lol! Great shots, as always
As always it is such a delight to peruse through your wonderous sharing of your view of life from your camera… Always followed by Zoey in some unique position of repose!
