I’ve seen it a thousand times….
There is a Ralphs grocery store just three blocks from me. I’ve been shopping there for five years.
Next door is a small neighborhood Lutheran Church. I’ve seen it a thousand times. Last night when I was at Ralphs, I saw something at the Lutheran Church that I had never seen before. It was so beautiful.
Since I go by that church at least twice a day, I’m pretty sure that all those stained glass windows are not new. Also, the only door of Ralphs that is open after 10:00 p.m. is the one closest to the Church, so I’m pretty sure I’ve been there before at night. Maybe the interior lights aren’t normally on but they were last night.
Just goes to show that even if you’ve seen it a thousand times, you should look again. Might be something worth taking a picture of.

That to me is the essence of living, seeing everything as if for the first time…or maybe its acknowledging that that’s what we are doing
Good point!
It’s funny how you see so something so much it’s almost like it’s invisible. I love these! The colors are sharp and so pretty. I’m going to be driving around town with new eyes today
Beautiful!
I find many things to photograph each time I go out in nature, but I often wonder what was there that I failed to notice.

Gorgeous stained glass windows.
And I found them totally by accident.
